Chaozhou Liansi Technology Development Co., Ltd. (CLTD) is a venture exclusively with Guangdong Jingchao Group Co., Ltd. (GJG) under the permission of the Press and Publications Administration (PPA) of the People¡¦s Republic of China. With the assistant of Linfair Engineering, CLTD successfully installed 15 M2 SQ3 CD-R production lines at the Chaozhou Economic and Technical Development Zone (CETDZ) with a total operation area of 20,000 square meters. Liansi did the fastest action in constructing their factory within 108 days after the approval of PPA. Their mass production was successfully introduced in October, 2003. With a capital investment around 180 million RMB dollars and 125 employees, CLTD now produces more than 150 millions 48X~52X CD-R annually. CLTD has won the trust of local major distributors such as Tsinghua Tongfang and Tsinghua Unisplendour for OEM business by insisting their strict quality control. CLTD now owns their brand name, ¡§King Disc¡¨. The experience of exporting textile products in the GJG group business helps CLTD making a successful exporting business. Their customers cover Europe, Korea and Asia. For CLTD¡¦s capacity, 30% goes for local markets and 70% goes internationally. With a strong financial base and an eye of forecasting, they prepare the raw materials in advance where gives them a benefit of making successful business in the current high price polycarbonate situation. CLTD identifies the need to expand into the high density disc region for the up coming disc trend and tries to set up their R&D facility for developing DVDR. CLTD also realizes the comfortable and convenient of the M2 SQ3 lines to be upgraded for the DVDR production. Now CLTD has one DVDR line in mass production and they are very happy about the bonding performance and high yield of the M2 SQ3 lines according to M2¡¦s SpinCureTM and CenterBondTM technologies. This special bonding mechanism is almost free from the tilt of substrates and the final DVDR disc can be produced with the highest speed specification. Note: Currently, CLTD is operating M2 SQ3 with Toyo molder and Techno mold for both CD-R and DVDR. |
