* Higher Diploma of Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

* Has 10 or more years of relevant experience in radio or television RF (Radio Frequency) transmission, with no less that 5 years in supervising a team in maintaining terrestrial radio or television broadcast transmitters, or equivalent;

* Be able to communicate fluently in written English, written Chinese and in spoken Cantonese. Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent, is acceptable as satisfactory fulfillment of this requirement.

Content：

* Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (elected after 5 December 1975), or equivalent; and
